Excellent comeback album for Boston, few comebacks sound this good. It was as if they never stopped playing. The guitar was riveting and creative as usual, the drums never missed a beat as before, vocals came off without a hitch and in perfect tune like the old days the same goes for bass and synthesizer. Boston had another mega hit on their hands only difference was they had been out of the scene for nearly 10 years at this point!...I find it extremely hard to compare another comeback album of any band to the quality of this one. Boston didnt miss a beat on 3rd Stage and proved to the world they still have it, this had to be one of the greatest comebacks of all time in my opinion.
