This is a hilarious, yet poignant song whose most memorable feature is the anonymous female voice who is our hero's "most specialest girl". She whines and cajoles the poor hero, and untimately walks away with the muscleman who is able to ring the bell in the strongman competition, taking her stuffed doggy with her, and leaving the dejected hero with the epithet, "you loser!" Could this be an early glimpse into the tormented soul of Mr. Brian Wilson? Surely this is a long way from the cool Beach Boy who 'never missed yet with the girls we meet'!
