This the Stephen Foster folk song "The Old Folks at Home" (aka "Swanee River") with a Beach Boys set of lyrics that declare the surfers from the South Bay section of L.A. to be triumphant. The song, significantly, is not harmonized but sung in one voice, as though declared from the back of a convertable, rather like a school fight song.
