	"Time to Get Alone" is a Brian Wilson/Carl Wilson song which had been knocking around for over a year, and Brian was considering releasing the song to be recorded by Three Dog Night. I suppose they decided to keep the song in order to fill out this album obligation, and that is the story of this little jewel, my favorite song on 20/20, and one of the sweetest Beach Boys songs ever. Carl and Brian share one of the gentlest, sunniest vocals I've ever heard in this waltz, in which they plead with their partner to come away with them, from the 'city full of people'.
