	Strawberry Fields Forever/Penny Lane has to be the greatest A- and B-Side pairing in the history of popular music. I would rate "Penny Lane" as the greatest lyric in Paul McCartney's career. His lyrical ability has been a mixed bag over the years; it is a skill that doesn't seem to come very naturally to him...but there have been those times when he bursts through with a truly poetic and beautiful word-picture (the story has it that he actually had to take a week's retreat to concentrate on the lyrics for "Yesterday").
